When do I receive plan credits?
Free signup credits are granted when your account is created. Paid plan credits are granted when a billing period starts after successful payment.
What happens to unused credits?
Free credits expire after 7 days. Subscription credits are valid for their billing period and do not roll into the next period.
How many credits does a generation use?
Credit cost depends on the selected model and generation settings. The product shows the applicable cost before you generate.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can manage or cancel an active subscription from billing settings. Access continues according to the paid billing period.
Which plans include commercial use?
Annual self-serve plans include commercial use. Free and monthly plans are for evaluation or internal production.
Can I change my plan or get additional credits?
Manage supported plan changes from billing. Additional credit purchases are available only to eligible subscribers in account billing.
